Bon Secours Hospital

Mr Michael Harney operates mainly out of The Bon Secours Hospital Cork, though performs a nasal reconstruction / septal and rhinoplasty clinics and surgery in the Bon Secours Hospital in Glasnevin, Dublin once per month.

Having established a strong presence in the provision of acute healthcare in Ireland in the 19th and 20th centuries, the sisters of Bon Secours decided to set up the Bon Secours Health System as a limited company to organize and manage the running of the five Hospitals in the group. The Bon Secours Health System was established in 1993 to co-ordinate the management of five hospitals under the care of the Bon Secours sisters.

The Bon Secours Health System is the largest private healthcare provider in Ireland. All of the hospitals are accredited by Joint Commission International (JCI). With a total complement of more than 800 beds, the Bon Secours Health System provides the most modern and technologically advanced diagnostic and treatment facilities at all its locations.

The Bon Secours group of hospitals provides full cover to all health insurance companies such as VHI, Laya Healthcare and Aviva as well as providing a substantial service to the National Treatment Purchase Fund.
